In order to ensure this we have suitable administrative electronic and managerial processes and procedures to safeguard your personal information within the business
We only use personal data for inhouse record keeping (your name, address, email address, contact number) We do not store any personal banking details and we do not share any information with a third party. Occasionally we my change our privacy policy - we would always inform you of this change and should you wish a copy of the policy, this can be requested

Refund Policy
If a student wishes to withdraw from a course before the start date of the course, a refund will be processed to the person or organisation that has paid the course fee minus £50 administration costs.
If a student wishes to withdraw from the course once training has commenced then the full deposit (agreed upon) will be forfeited including licence fees (if applicable)
If full training has been received by the student - no refund will be given including licence fees (if applicable)
*All refunds will be made by Bank Transfer*
* Please note that administration and the bank transferal process will not be immediate but done in a timely manner * (usually within 5 working days)
